HEY THERE!
My name is Kiera and I'm an artist and designer based out of Portland, Oregon. I studied visual communication at the University of Oklahoma, graduating with a BFA in 2016. During my time there I had the opportunity for a summer internship in New York at Food Network Magazine in the creative area of their advertising department. Upon moving to Portland I started a design position at Say Media where I honed my UX/UI design experience. I currently work as a designer for SQN Venture Partners for their in-house design needs.
The subject matter of my personal art often reflects my happy place where I can frame real-life thoughts and issues around my own characters and settings. My biggest inspirations include Talus Taylor, R. Crumb, and Don Bluth.
